[Booth Specifications and Participation Fee Standards]

Domestic Exhibition Area (A/B):

A/B Zone: RMB 12,800 per 9 square meters per exhibition period; Bare space (minimum 36 square meters): Domestic companies RMB 1,300 per square meter per exhibition period.

International/Brand Exhibition Area (T Zone):

USD 3,000$ per 9 square meters per exhibition period; Bare space (minimum 36 square meters): International area USD 300$ per square meter per exhibition period.

1. Notes on Exhibition Area Pricing:

1. Foreign-invested, joint ventures, and enterprises representing foreign products will be charged the international area price regardless of whether they are in the China or international area.
2. Chinese companies choosing to participate in the international area will be charged the international area price.

2. Standard Booth Fees:

Includes three display boards, one fascia board, one negotiation table, two chairs, two spotlights, one 220V socket, and carpeting. An additional 10% fee will be charged for double-open booths.

3. Raw Space (Bare Ground):

The rented area must be no less than 36 square meters. Exhibitors must design and set up their own booths. Power supply and negotiation tables should be self-prepared or rented. Additionally, an administration fee of RMB 30 per square meter and a construction deposit must be paid to the exhibition hall.

4. Technical Seminars:

During the exhibition, the organizers will arrange multiple technical exchanges and seminars for international technical and trade exchanges, product promotion, and publicity. Units can apply to hold seminars, setting their own topics, at a cost of RMB 6,000 per half-hour.

Safety Precautions:

1. During the exhibition (including setup and dismantling), the management personnel of the organizers are responsible for controlling the entrance and maintaining public order. However, exhibitors should supervise their exhibits, decoration materials, and engineering facilities, carry valuables with them, and insure them. The conference will not be liable for any loss or damage.
2. Exhibitors are solely responsible for any injuries, deaths, or property damage caused by improper setup, operation, maintenance, or management of their booth facilities and items during the exhibition (including setup and dismantling).
3. In case of natural and unavoidable factors (such as typhoons, earthquakes, public epidemics, fires, floods, etc.), the conference will decide on contingency measures.
4. Other decoration works and safety regulations of this exhibition are subject to the regulations set by the "Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center."

Registration Method:

1. Please fill in the exhibition registration form (signed by the company, responsible person, and organizer).
2. Submit the registration form via "fax" or "mail."
3. Provide the company LOGO (JPG file, resolution above 300DPI), email to apfe_liu@163.com for pre-exhibition publicity.
